Rhetoric criticisms assist in generating knowledge to enhance a deeper understanding through analysis of the language used in communication. It is achieved by analyzing phrases, words, images, films, performance, texts used in communication ( Foss, 2017) . Deeply analyzing the Americas Supreme Court ruling in favor of President Trump's travel bun that bans Yemen, Syria, Somalia, Libya and Iran nationals from entering the United States, there exist a culture centered criticism against the individuals from Muslim majority countries.
The ruling was based on the fact that the named countries government had remained defiant in their relationship with American policies on information sharing, identity management, government practices, and protocols. Also, the countries had a significant presence of terrorists in their territory which is against America's security policy to fight against terrorism (CNN, 2018). However, it is not only Muslim majority countries that defile America’s international relations policy and host terrorists thus the ruling was culture centered.

The ruling is an anti-Muslim move in favor of the president’s strong position on the Muslim Culture. In an interview in 2015, Trump is reported to have suggested a total ban of Muslims entering America and the ban comes a year after assuming the presidency (CNN, 2018). Major attacks in America including the 9/11, Orlando nightclub attack, Boston marathon bombing and New York attacks were done by US-born individuals and people from countries not in the list.
Part Two: My Answer
Feminist Criticism is real and therefore, critics use it to enhance understanding of their purpose in different cultures or groups of people. From the textbook reading, I now understand how well feminist criticism is made as well as its intentions. However, feminist critics need to be careful when using rhetoric’s since it can be viewed in the context of discrimination and oppression to a specific gender. The world is evolving, and feminists are working hard to ensure the woman becomes a subject and not an object. The book provided an in-depth discussion with real-life examples of feminist criticism.
