All over the world, there are people suffering due to hunger and starvation. There are children dying due to the inability of parents to access food stuff and other basic necessities. Governments are unable to provide enough relief to such families and as such, it is up to the broader community. For this purpose, there are various Food Banks that have been developed within the Country to aid various communities. One such food bank is Care and Share Food Bank in Southern Colorado; an Organization that is responsible for bridging the gap between hunger and abundance by providing food, partnering opportunities and education to combat hunger and food insecurity in southern Colorado Communities. When seeking information pertaining to the Organization, the various authoritative figures such as the directors and managers may provide an insight to the work they do. In addition, speaking to members of the public who have been impacted by the actions of the Organization is a vital factor to consider when determining the success and impact of the Organization and the Community. Through Care and Share, I intend to discover the role of the Food Bank in Community Organization and the importance of the work they perform (“Food Bank in Colorado,” n.d.).
Target Audience
The following research project will be targeted towards organizations seeking to invest or donate funds as a method of “giving back” to the society. In addition, the research targets potential investors who would like to start a similar organization. Identifying the role such organizations play in the society is essential. In addition, the Public can identify the role such organizations play in the community and aid in their development or continuation. Also, employees who have contributed to this study research will also be a target audience and be able to identify the purpose of their work and the impact it hold on society. Through adequate research and data collection, the importance and functions of Food Banks in Southern Colorado and by proxy, all over the world will be exploited and identified. In this way, the community at large will be able to determine the various roles different organizations play in maintaining and developing the societies while at the same time allowing for an economy to grow.

Research Methods
For data collection, the following Research methods will be used;
Interviews. I will conduct interviews with different people from the organization and the public in order to determine their views on the Food Bank and how it has assisted them. Whether directly or indirectly (Jr, 2013).
Observation. By observing the community around the area of the Food bank and determining factors that have been impacted by the presence of the Food Bank in that given community.
Questionnaires. For the management, I will also use a simple drafted questionnaire that will gauge the views of various people with regard to the role of the Food Bank in the Community.
Action Research. This will involve the active search for information pertaining to the Organization and various reviews from individuals on various media and websites (Jr, 2013).
Results
From the research conducted, I expect to collect and identify the various roles Care and Share Food Bank plays in the development and growth of Community Organization, and in the same way, determine the various positions individuals and members of the public are able to fill in order to strengthen their delivery.
By conducting the above Research, I will be able to determine the role of Food banks to the Community. There are many organizations that develop, out-of-the-blue, and play no part in the development of the community surrounding. In many instances, such Organizations have no obligation to give-back to the community. However, by determining the role of Food banks in various Communities, the above research seeks to determine the connection between these roles and the parts they play in Community Organization. Also, through the study, the identification of the various roles played by members of the public in such organizations will also help identify the various service positions that are voluntary and guide individuals to help the helpless in the community. People can better determine more useful ways to assist the people around them and thus aid in the development of their society and economy. By helping one, who helps the other, who helps another and another, it develops a chain that acts as a “belt of helping hands”. Tied together, the belt can strengthen the economy and unite to form one whole economy that understands the importance of each individual.
