It is always a great pleasure working under you, having someone I revere as my boss and being affiliated with such a company. I hope that I would continue working with you in the long term, given the vast experience I amass and the pleasure of being involved in a course that I believe in. However, in light of the prevailing economic situation and the dynamism of labor as a factor of production, my contribution to the company, I would like to table my request for a salary increment (Monczka et al., 2016).
I have managed to help my department and the company at large this year to achieve some of the most important goals that were set earlier this year. Below are some of the ways into which I have assisted the organization to grow positively: developing a proposal that made a customer to renew her contract with the company worth 400 million dollars instead of terminating it as she had intended to. I have also come up with an idea which was adopted by the organization and later on I produced a market research study that has been of great importance to our organization. The proposal has increased the visibility of the company thus making it easier for our sales which in turn leads to more reliable clients visiting our premise. Another achievement I have made is mentoring and training the March to May interns who managed to handle a lot of duties in the department enabling the staff members to have extra time to focus on client development as well as client retention.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
By doing all this and still looking forward on achieving more within the department, and having considered even my recent accomplishment and that my salary is still below the industry average, I am confidently asking for a salary raise. A salary raise will reflect on the issues that I have mentioned and me standing firm with the department whatsoever
