My perspective is that leaders are made. This is because leadership roles require diverse skills that cannot be constant from birth. This is an implication that a leader has to learn in various ways that will enable them to lead effectively. Understanding the people you wish to lead is also a significant aspect because it provides an insight into which skills a leader should possess. Thus, leadership can be nurtured when one is interested in leading.

I consider Kevin Appelbaum, the CEO of FareWell, a great leader in health entrepreneurship. This is because he has been dedicated to designing a system that addresses weight and chronic diseases among individuals. He wants people to maintain a healthy weight, which will help in reversing weight-related diseases. I also admire him for initiating such a program to reduce weight-related diseases that have been on the rise as a result of an unhealthy lifestyle. His success can be attributed to the utilization of online platforms to reach a wide audience. This is an aspect that can be related to the identification of the problem and the people it affects the most. Thus, the utilization of online channels has ensured that he provides solutions to behavioral and dietary interventions effectively.
