Why is the judge right by deeming the baggy pants ban unconstitutional? 

Even though society has for ages held reservations about the prevalence of urban fashion culture promoting the sagging of trousers, recent acts by various states to ban such acts have questioned the extent to which the authority of society over such matters reaches. The critics of such actions argue that such a ban is tantamount to infringement upon the freedom of expression of the individuals. Moreover, the laws additionally delineate to racism given the culture is popular majorly among individuals of the black community. 

Can a person argue that wearing no clothing at all is also a form of free speech? 

Wearing no clothes at all could be a form of free speech given the fact that it is within the rights and freedom of an individual to express themselves in a form they feel they will best communicate without infringing on the rights of other members of the public. However, the freedom of expression that would protect such an act is hindered by decency and public protection laws by a majority which could ban such acts from being exposed to the public.

Do you believe that a law prohibiting people from wearing only underwear would be unconstitutional? 

The unconstitutionality of a law that prohibits individuals from only wearing underwear would be based on the extent of the prohibition of people from only wearing underwear. This is due to the fact that some laws are designed to promote decency of individuals in public while some directly infringe on the expression of individuals. Laws that generally prohibit people from wearing only underwear are unconstitutional. However, laws that stipulate the extent to which one may dress in their underwear only are not unconstitutional. 

Should any limits be placed upon what clothing one may wear? 

It is vital to protect the freedom of expression of individuals as is stipulated in the constitution. Placing limits on the clothing that people where could be unconstitutional given the fact that it infringes upon the freedom of an individual to think independently and express themselves through fashion. However, it is imperative to comprehend the essentiality of basic decency levels, for instance around young school going children.
