Amazon’s website sells various products including, but not limited to, media products, baby products, electronics, groceries, health and personal-care products and kitchen supplies.

According to the company’s Articles of Association, the authorized stock of the corporation consists of 5,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock with a par value of $0.01 per share. Additionally, the Article 4 stipulates that Amazon’s Preferred Stock (maximum of 500,00,000) has a par value of $0.01. 

The company’s market price of the stock as at 04/05/2018 is $1,580.01.

Investment Decision 

Amazon.com Inc. has shown a tremendous growth since its inception. The company has adopted various technological advancement that all seek to increase its revenue. At the beginning of this year, the company announced that there is s likelihood of the company paying stock dividends to its shareholders. In that case, I certainly would invest my $10,000 in the company’s stock.
