Bills Hotel is located in New York. It was launched in 2017 and had 16 employees; two are managers, four are waitresses, seven cooks, and five supervisors. Different kinds of food are offered in the hotel, but it is known for its quality burgers. A survey will be conducted to determine the association between the quality of burger and customer satisfaction rating in September 2020.

Target Population
The target population ranges from the age of 6 years to 50 years, who will order burgers from the Bill's Hotel. Young children are known for their greater influence on the meal they wish to have. The majority of these customers are known for their robust immune system and lack of preexisting medical conditions.
Assumptions
The feedbacks and ratings from the customers will be genuine and not bias.
Method of Sampling
Random Stratification – the target population, will be categorized depending on the number of times they have visited the hotel to eat burgers. They will then be randomly selected from each stratum for analysis.
