These phenomena can be achieved by taking crucial steps to achieve complex adaptive leadership. Complex adaptive leadership is unique and bridge complex science to excellent leadership to give maximum results through less effort.

As a team member in a healthcare facility, the crucial step that an organization needs to take is by giving direction. Making complex adaptive leadership part of an organizational culture need a responsible leader to provide direction for the team. Giving direction should be a reality and not an assumption. Reality means that communication should be clear and repetitive so that all members can have a plan and understand their specific duties (TED, 2016). For instance, when there is a project to be done, a leader should organize weekly meetings so that all people can be in line.
