An example would be seen as a student in Mexico would have to get a law degree after a five-year undergraduate course without taking the bar exam. He or she will then register as a LED graduate for latter to be approved as a legal and licensed practitioner. This will be in contrast to America where the bar exam is a must and Juris Doctor exam (JD) for them to be considered licensed practitioners.

In conclusion, the role of the lawyers is different as each nation has its social and cultural practice that is often taken in high regards with each individual nation. Mexico for instance codified law plays an important role in bringing in a legal opinion.
