An Enterprise Resource Planning is a business involved process under software management which makes it possible for an organization to apply an integrated system of applications for the automation of a number of technologies, human resources, and services related functions in the back office and managing the business. With the ERP software, all operational sides of the organization which include product development, marketing, planning, manufacturing, and selling become integrated thus forming a single user interface, application, and database. 

ERP has a greater value to business thus impossible to disregard its impacts in today’s world of business. With the ERP software organizations can align departments separately thus improving the flow of work simply because of corralled enterprise processes and data into the systems of ERP. As a result, there will be more important savings in the bottom-line (Oracle, n.d). With ERP software, business are bound to benefit greatly in all sectors, for instance, the business will have a reduced cost in its management and operations, enhanced collaborations, improved insight into the business, reliable infrastructure, enhanced efficiency, reduced dangers, and higher rates of user adoption (Oracle, n.d). Additionally, ERP software aids the employees by breaching barrier walls between the units of business thus making them to become more efficient (Oracle & NetSuite, 2017).

The deployment of the ERP software is no doubt an expensive ordeal all round, despite this, re-designing the organization is not on the list. Before going for the ERP software and integrating it into the business, it is always advisable that the best one is considered which goes hand with the business. Therefore, researching for the best ERP is crucial. If the ERP is appropriate for a particular business, then designing the organization all over again will not happen. With a well-designed plan for the implementation of the ERP system, there is an assured 100% success without re-designing any single bit of the organization. 

With the ERP software, all operational sides of the organization which include product development, marketing, planning, manufacturing, and selling become integrated thus forming a single user interface, application, and database. ERP ensures that the organization functions, as well as the workflow, are boosted thus resulting in more profits and success of the business. More so, with ERP system, it is sure that the organization will strive in the world competition and the world of business in general thus success to the organization.
