Services
The new health care facility will offer a variety of services. These include:
Primary Healthcare services provided by professional medical practitioners within the community and state.
Hospital services with a multi-disciplinary inpatient and outpatient service as well as a 24hour emergency service. Specialty departments will include cancer, eye, skin, cardiac, dental care, and neuroscience.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Intermediate and long term health care services for those patients who no longer require the level of care dispensed by a hospital, but still require continued care ( Lucash, 2011 ). In addition to this, community based ILTC services will also be provided.
These services are different from those of other health care services because the hospital has been established based on a market research that was conducted in the region. The health care facility will therefore offer quality, unsurpassed, and unique services to the community and state by offering what others have not offered. Moreover, the medical team is comprised of qualified and well educated staff who will provide the best services.
Work Experience or Degrees
Doctors must have completed a bachelor’s degree in education, three to seven years of residency training, and be licensed by the state by passing the board certification exam in their specialty ( Lucash, 2011 ).
Regulatory requirements
Before operations are launched, the health care facility must be licensed by the centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). This will enable it to provide Medicare for the elderly and disabled and Medicaid for individuals and families who fall in the lower income category. In addition to this, they must also be licensed to offer the state children’s health insurance program for children who under 19 years. In addition to this, the medical institution must also receive accreditation from Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations ( JCAHO ), National Committee for Quality Assurance ( NCQA ), the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality ( AHRQ ), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA ), United States Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry ( ATSDR ), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) ( Sharma, 2016 ).
