The vulnerable group of young girls gets exposed to drugs and other forms of abuse that hinder them from maximizing their potential in achieving the very best in their lives. Some drop out of school and get victimized over the abuse of drugs. Such aspects are the reason as to why the young girls who are at risk feel that they are not accommodated in the community and end up living in stigma (Kuortti & Kosunen, 2009). They need therapy and counseling so that they can be able to maximize their potential and have a bright future.
What are we doing to address these needs?
We work towards re-directing the young females who are at risk by providing them with the necessary care that will enable them not to make wrong choices that they could have previously made. The organization would offer empowerment programs to empower the minds of the young girls for them to achieve greatness with proper guidance. With a large team of professionals, the organization would ensure that the young girls who are at risk speak out to our team of counselors at their own comfort so that they can open up us for the professionals to offer them with the requires help.

The beliefs that guide our work include faith, which is a belief that keeps the members motivated, setting goals to help us achieve our dream no matter the challenges, integrity that will enable members to do the right thing without supervision, working as advocates to participate in the change process, good character to maintain a good reputation in society, being mindful of maintaining physical and mental health, confidence as it enables us to provide our services to the level best and to maintain proper discipline at all times.
Agency Description
The agency was formed to help teenage girls live a rewarding life, especially female adolescence who are at risk and want to be part of society in a productive manner. The agency accomplishes this goal by motivating such girls and providing them with practical skills to meet their needs and enhance their well-being. The execution of such programs is to ensure the overall success of adolescents.
Why the services are needed
The services that our agency is providing are essential services that aim at helping female youth adolescents who face the risk of getting misguided. We plan on delivering such young women with the necessary care to the best of our capacity. Such young girls are prone to making the wrong choices in life due to the misguidance that they get from their peers (Zahn, 2008) . Statistically, most adolescents risk engaging in drug abuse and are more exposed to teenage pregnancies that prevent them from achieving their goals due to lack of direction.
Goal and Objectives
The agency’s goal is to enable young girls who are lost to have a sense of belonging and to feel that they are connected. This step would reduce the harsh effects that such girls face that prevent them from becoming productive members of society.
The at-risk female adolescents would be motivated and become self-driven and robust leaders through the transformative leadership skills that would be instilled in them through our various mentorship programs.

Such girls would become transformational leaders that believe in second chances as they would have become an example of a community that believed in them. The programs at the agency would enable other young girls. They are lost and are at risk of feeling that they are connected, and this would reduce the harsh effects that such adolescents face that prevent them from being productive in society (Trad, 1994) .
Program Description
The services that the agency would provide would ensure that young girls develop a sense of self-worth. Understand the value of the community and believe that they are still valuable to their communities. The program would comprise of counseling programs, life skill integration, and mindfulness and wellness. The mindfulness and wellness program is essential for adolescents because it provides them with a foundation to understand the vital aspects of their lives, health, and general wellbeing. This program is meant to create a positive effect on the lives of young women as they grow into adulthood.
The counseling and family therapy program enhances relationship management and provides young adults with coping skills that are an essential aspect of their success. This prevents the development of toxic behavior that develops as a result of trauma that goes unaddressed during the adolescent stage. The integration of life skills is another essential program that would ensure that they gain financial skills that are essential for their commercial success. Such skills are required for survival in adult life, and instilling the skills at an early age is a demonstration of responsibility and the capability for the young girls to take care of themselves.
Most female adolescents who are at risk need an organization that can re-direct them and provides them with care at a high capacity. This would enable them to have a sense of belonging and a feeling that they have been accepted by society even if they had earlier on made wrong choices. This program would provide them with another chance, and it would empower young women to achieve greatness as they will be provided with the required resources and skills from our professionals.

The organization’s tasks will be divided into individuals depending on the skills that they possess to provide the department with the assistance to carry out their mission by providing the essential services to adolescents who lack adequate information and resources to achieve their dreams.
Job Description
The job description for the canceling service professional involves counseling and family-based therapy. There are specific areas in adolescents to be addressed during cognitive-behavioral Therapy. The service professional would address uncover PTSD, emotional disturbance, and aggression in treatment. Family-based therapy would involve the professional involving parents and guardians to the adolescents, and they would be required to be in charge of their expectations by opening up their needs to their parents in a safe environment with professional help from the therapists. Trauma-based therapy would be provided by councilors and would address issues such as addiction, sexual abuse, and physical abuse. There would be group mediation for all individuals twice a day, a fitness routine that would involve yoga classes, dance and the practice of self-defense skills such as karate for the girls. The counseling professionals would help the young girls in the areas that they experience challenges and help them focus on their dreams.
