It also outlines some of the major issues that enhance reforms within management and creates an organization that is safe from the effects of malpractice. Such logistics are engaged within corporate organizations to elevate the nature of standardization and create standards that ensure decency in corporate growth and reforms in operations. The paper further highlights the impacts of green logistics in creating a formidable structure for corporate growth of values within the conveyance of both commodities and services. It illustrates the need for reforms, ensuring there is efficiency in organizational growth and standardization. It is through the research paper that major issues of green logistics in both transportation and management are engaged and understood in creating stables structures for corporate growth of relevant policies the transform operations.

The light construction procedure described by Jeptepkeny (2015), for instance, presents the key issues which affect the success of a project. These include the social, political, economic, and cultural environment of the region. Since the project team is hired from different backgrounds, they require specialized training to enhance their efficiency, as illustrated by Ndumbi & Okello (2015). Project management deals with managing both human and capital resources, and through green logistics, procurement procedures are improved, promoting successful completion of a project. Kamau & Mohamed, (2015) present the aspect of monitoring on green logistics that promotes the success of projects. It is part of management which includes understanding the environment both internal and external factors that affect completion of the project.
Overall, the success of green logistics can be promoted by activities such as adopting swarm intelligence (Zhang et al., 2015). Swarm intelligence (SI) deals with imitating the behavioral pattern of natural insects. It is a meta-heuristics innovative branch is a control approach that uses simple and interactive rules. Swarm intelligence is integrated into green logistics using an extensive and comprehensive study by analyzing the existing literature on its excess. The simple rules are developed depending on changes to be implemented and made in a way that the workforce will understand what is required of them.
Conclusion
One of the gaps in the literature presented includes the poor organization of materials and information on issues of green logistics such that distortion of genuine idea is realized. Presenting factors of corporate growth in engaging stakeholders is enhanced through a standardized format so that information relay is consistent. However, the gap lowers the consistency in the outsourcing for information and creates the need for an integrated approach in elevating standards for reforms. Secondly, the presented literature does not align itself with the quest for reforms within the pillars of green logistics in reforming both the transportation and management sectors. Therefore, it reduces the scope of the area of interest regarding the impacts of green logistics on both the movement of people and commodities alongside management and operations within organizations.
