The health care organization in question shall provide the services similar to a 911 call center but strictly related to health care. The organization shall facilitate emergency responses in that a patient in need of medical assistance shall be referred to the right hospitals where they can get immediate assistance to their particular problems. Ambulatory emergency response organizations shall also be able to assist in the event a hospital lacks ambulance services. There shall be direct communication between the hospitals, ambulance emergency response organizations and the patients in need of help. The dispatchers shall be able to trace the closest hospital or ambulance service within the patient's vicinity and have the patient reached to in good time. The call takers shall be well trained in first aid and interpersonal skills so as to be able to walk the callers through their problem while awaiting help. There shall be a manager in charge of all the operations.
