Since their many applicants, the interview was conducted by three different interviewers making the interrater reliability uneven. It was significant to strictly employ the structured format of the interview to increase the interrater reliability since three different interviewers conducted the interviews. Having unequal interrater reliability implies the result of each of the interviewers in unreliable, corrupting the selection of qualified applicants
