Salary plays a vital role in controlling the supply and demand of nurses in a particular area. Locations with high salaries tend to attract more nurses increasing the supply of nurses and reducing demand. Such an area also becomes competitive; hence well-educated nurses will continue getting these positions and work as full-time nurses in the organization (Greenlaw & Shapiro, 2017).

Describe the Interview Techniques and Structure That Were Used During Your Interview.

When interviewing nurses for recruitment into the organization, the interviewer needs to obtain much information and understand the position of the applicant, and determine the applicant's goodwill and respect for the organization. The interviewer should either use an unstructured, semi-structured, or structured format of interviews to determine the position of the interviewee.

How Was the Organization Able to Determine If You Were Qualified for The Position?

Before hiring any person, the interviewers take time choosing a person best qualified for the position offered. Giving priority to individuals with the correct educational credential is critical in finding the most qualified applicant. It is also necessary to verify their work history and references and determining whether these qualities are aligned to the organization's expectations ( Gagnon, Jacob, & McCabe, 2015)

What Strengths Did You Bring to The Interview That Met the Organization's Needs and Led to You Being Hired?

As an interviewee, composure both physically and intellectually is imperative during the interview. Similarly, it is essential to be equally aligned to the mission and vision of the organization creating a friendly and familiar aura. Finally, it is crucial to have long work experience and highly reputable references that can influence the interviewer into hiring you.

Thinking Back on Your Interview, Discuss What You Could Have Done or Said Differently to Improve Your Chances of Being Selected for The Position.

Practicing possible interview questions in advance was a vital tip of the interviewing process that I would have incorporated while preparing for the actual interview. This tip is essential since most of the questions asked during the interview I would have anticipated during preparation and I would have quality responses.

If You Were the Employer, Discuss What You Would Have Done or Said Differently.

Since their many applicants, the interview was conducted by three different interviewers making the interrater reliability uneven. It was significant to strictly employ the structured format of the interview to increase the interrater reliability since three different interviewers conducted the interviews. Having unequal interrater reliability implies the result of each of the interviewers in unreliable, corrupting the selection of qualified applicants
