Denise Morrison accomplished the impossible to multiple people, which is to be in control of one of the biggest companies as a woman. As Campbell's CEO, Denise added courage to its core values, which developed leaders within the institution. Denise motivated the employees to take huge risks both for the company and for their individual growth (Gutner, 2011). She was able to initiate a culture in which the staff on all levels felt valuable. Employees were made to think out of their usual job roles as they had an assurance of the upper management's support on their endeavors. The employees felt proud to be part of the company since they had a solid support system that ensured they had an increased sense of happiness. The employees' courage ensured the employees were empowered, making them experience internal promotions, leading to productivity and better job performance due to job satisfaction.
Organizational culture was positively shaped by Denise Morrison's behavior, as seen through investing in people to improve the organization instead of hiring external staff for similar objectives. Employees gained morale due to the talent retention that Morrison cultivated. Regarding the political environment, Denise made an ethical decision when the organization cut ties with Trump's government due to racist remarks that led to a counter-protester's death (Chappell & Kennedy, 2017). Denise Morrison, concerning the matter, stated that murder and racism are not morally equivalent and are unequivocally reprehensible to anything else. In the long run, she ended up criticizing Trump regarding the white supremacist rally.
