Today, leadership is characterized by the need circumvent a growing series of demands that cut across thinking globally, being innovative, acting locally, and diversification and the unprecedented speed of disruptive change that speeds up the adoption and interaction of these demands while increasing the pressure of an individual to adapt (Luria et al., 2019) . These challenges have increased the need for versatile leaders who can effectively adapt to a variety of changes and have the ability to resolve competing and conflicting priorities (Issah, 2018) . Based on the results of the strength finder assessment, I have to come learn that I am a versatile leader. Being versatile makes me more engaged, adaptable, and innovative. This gives me a competitive advantage over other individuals because I deliver results and I am not afraid to take on any challenge.
Core Values
Commitment is a value that I want to strengthen. Being able to stand out and push for advancement when faced with challenges and opportunities requires dedication and commitment (Cortellazzo et al., 2019) . To be a successful leader, I want to be committed to the course, present, and spend time with my colleagues or workers, and help the understand that I am in it for the long haul.

Patience is a value that I want to strengthen and practice over time. Being impatient as a leader can lead to anxiety which adversely affect the people around me (Luria et al., 2019) . Being patient with colleagues and workers especially in challenging times can promote collaboration and understanding which results in more work getting done.
Strengths
To foster versatility, I want to work on reinforcing my degree of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the ability of an entity to understand and manage their own feelings, as well as recognize how these emotions influence people around them (Issah, 2018) . I want to have a dynamic relationship with the people that I interact with, fostering teamwork and respecting each other’s school of thought irrespective of the disagreement or position that one holds.
As a dynamic leader, I want to foster effective communication with all the people around me. Building rapport and connecting with people builds trust and enhances relationships which is critical to my role as a leader and future business owner (Luria et al., 2019) . Effective communication acts as motivator and encourages people to work towards a common objective. I want to learn how to communicate with different groups at work, home, and school. Each group requires different communication and leadership styles, and I must be to adapt based on the groups that I am communicating with to drive collaboration and success (Cortellazzo et al., 2019) .
Characteristics
I want to advocate for integrity in everything that I partake. I want to always do what is right and deliver results even it is not the best thing or contributing to the bottom line (Issah, 2018) .
I do not only want to make decisions due to my position but have the ability to make decisions independently irrespective of risk (Cortellazzo et al., 2019) . If things do not work, I want to hold myself accountable.
