1. What message is the writer trying to convey?
The writer’s message is his or her distaste to the violation of the IV amendment of the United States constitutional amendment. He or she asserts that the violation of this rule denies individuals of their due rights and hence, causes unfathomable effects to the general public. Such include cowering them as well as directly or indirectly terrorizing them. Also, another message the writer wants to convey is the fact that infringing such a right is one of the ways through which a government which citizens have no control over can control the citizens against their will.
2. What is your opinion about the concerns raised?
My opinion about the concerns raised by the person is that they are genuine. Constitutional rights are not just statements but are important rules that protect the individuals upon which they have power. I also think that the strong way through which the message is put across helps in prompting the propagators of such heinous acts to think of how bad such acts are and actually mitigate them where possible.

3. Do you agree? Disagree? Explain the basis of your reasoning.
I totally agree with the writer on the undignified effects searching without a proper cause has on individuals. Particularly, the writer asserts that the deprivation of such rights causes terror among the affected individuals. Without a doubt, unwarranted search by armed and uniformed government officials creates terror not only because of how these individuals conduct such searches but most importantly because it is usually random and unexpected. Just as the writer puts across, it creates a cowering effect among the individuals affected. At the end of it all, any government with an unfair inclination can exercise their power against such individuals.
