I agree with the notion that there is a need for substantial education in the field of nursing as it deals with the health of individuals and life matters. The submission regarding the importance of learning how to read, interpret, and describe different sets of data as a pertinent issue is accurate. I would add onto the submission by stating that it would improve on the rendition of proper healthcare services that is the goal of nurses, which calls on improvements on skillset to achieve adequate numeracy and graphical literacy. The findings of the article indeed allude to the proposal of establishing educative structures to mitigate the gap of feebleness in the two fronts mentioned above. The depiction of the utilization of evidence-based statistics as a means of improving nursing practice and providing a firm stand for life-long learning is accurate with factors alluding to general improvements in healthcare provision. I would emphasize that fact as it is the foundation of nursing practice.

I agree with the notion that individuals showcase different attributes when it comes to learning techniques with some adoptions working for others and failing for the rest. It calls for the need for a robust system that is sufficiently engaging to meet the needs of different persons to establish a successful educative plot. I disagree with the idea that the diversity of the nurses doesn’t matter. The depiction in the article is critical for policymakers in determining grey areas that require addressing and establishing ideal proposals that seek to eliminate numeracy and graphical illiteracy. The disagreement doesn’t take away the fact that I find the submission for a motion to develop different categories of nurses vis-à-vis groups of diverse learning styles as a good idea. The gap of literacy indeed entails seeds of destruction as the most probable outcome is catastrophe owing to misinterpretation of information. The submissions regarding the significance of evidence-based statistics for nurses is accurate as it alludes to better communication, care, and understanding that sum up to better nursing practice.
