From the model summary, it can be seen that the value of R square is 0.004, which means that 0.4% of polabuse is explained by polviews, education, and age of the citizens. The F value and the p-value of the model are shown in the ANOVA table below:

b. Predictors: (Constant), polviews, educ, age |
The table shows that the F value is relatively small, and the p-value (0.132) is larger than 0.05. Therefore, the model is not statistically significant in predicting polabuse, given that the predictors are polviews, education, and age of the citizens.

a. Dependent Variable: polabuse |
From the table, the regression model can be written as follows:
Polabuse=1.267+0.002 (age)-0.07 (educ) +0.033 (polviews)
Besides, the p values of the coefficients are all greater than 0.05. Therefore, it means that there is no sufficient evidence to show that age, education, and polviews of the citizens have significant associations with polabuse. Nevertheless, if the model is used to predict polabuse, a one unit increase in age will result in 0.002 increase in polabuse index, a one unit increase in the years of education will result in 0.007 decrease in polabuse index, and a unit increase in polviews will result in 0.033 units increase in polabuse index.
