1. The "Rokeach Values Survey" Values Foundation of My Model

The terminal values obtained from the survey include family security, living comfortably, and having good health. The accompanying instrumental values include love, ambition, in addition to loyalty. The hierarchy evident after reviewing the values underlined critical Aspects in my life and critical aspects essential to me for fulfilling my leadership roles. My ability to effectively perform my responsibilities as a leader depends on the loyalty I obtain the individuals who entrust me with the position. It would influence the strength of my leadership. On the other hand, collaboration becomes easier where commitment becomes an inherent trait guiding the participants in a given group, facilitating targeted tasks. It enhances the efficiency attributable to the accomplishment of specified missions. My family provides an immediate source of support, and I hold its members in high esteem. My close relations offer guidance with respect to my intended action or preferred leadership style.

On the other hand, ambition provides an avenue through which I can effectively execute my vision to ensure positive outcomes for those under my leadership. Additionally, I feel the need to obtain my subordinates' love as it would secure their appreciation of my efforts while keeping our interactions respectful as I perform my leadership duties. Furthermore, good health extensively contributes to my peaceful disposition, ensuring that any decisions I make rely on a sufficient amount of information. In comparison, living comfortably eliminates day-to-day struggles when facilitating my freedom from unwarranted problems. The style I adopt for leadership purposes predominantly depends on my values. I would opt for democratic leadership that incorporates a hierarchical structure. The model takes into account every person's opinion emphasizing unity to achieve the success desired. The strategies efficiency provides an avenue of adeptly handling issues emanating from singling out one individual to make decisions.

2. The Influence of my Personal Values and Personal Model of Servant Leadership on Individual and Group Behavior

Honesty ranks among my most preferred values in addition to integrity (Lucas, 2019). Sincerity marks my undertakings despite the predicaments I chance upon. Adhering to the prerequisites of such qualities ensures that I maintain a morally upright, thus increasing my willpower even when I have to act away from the public's eye. They also enhance my faith, as well as confidence. The virtues extensively contribute to my realness when dealing with others and how I perceive myself. As such, it ensures that I maintain my authenticity. The values influence my capacity to obtain the class of individuals or group members and maintaining it. An honest disposition characterized by integrity promotes openness. It also admonishes people to consistently present facts while ascertaining that individuals' perceptions encompass some clarity, particularly when taking in the surroundings. 

Secondly, I attached great importance to ensuring that others have a helping hand. Despite offering some assistance when required, I guarantee that the recipients don't become obligated to issue favors. I consider it a means of achieving happiness for the long term as it leaves me feeling fulfilled. Applying the trait at my workplace would provide an avenue of creating a focused team propelled by the appropriate motivations (Tiayon, 2019). Workplace unity makes it possible for the individuals involved to exceed various expectations and achieve some exemplary performance.

4. The Influence of My Personal Values and Personal Model of Servant Leadership on Organizations and Society

Passion prods me to master all aspects of my preferred engagements while participating in learning endeavors continuously. It underscores my unwavering commitment in light of my set goals. I passionately regard my job and approach my responsibilities with dedicated energy while ensuring that I exceed the set expectations. My colleagues can approach me for help when necessary ascertaining that they perform their duties efficiently. The value provides a threshold through which I admonish fellow workers to seek learning opportunities and avenues with a propensity to improve their skills. As such, it emphasizes the aspects necessary for ascertaining organizational success.

I also value charity acts and provide alms or other forms of assistance mandated by needy people in my community. The acquisition of necessities has become a challenge for most people. The leadership model I adopt underscores the importance of issuing any aid required to foster some improvements in their lives.

5. The Interaction of Servant Leadership Principles in Alignment with the Christian World Views with Essential Management Practices

Principles relating to servant leadership appraise management practices in various ways. More specifically, the emphasis on listening to others and the aspect features as a prominent factor in management practice (Van Dierendonck, 2011). It provides an avenue of identifying and clarifying the will accruing to specific groups or a given person. The concept of servant leadership and management practice stresses the importance of empathy as it Fosters understanding among team members and third parties, making it a crucial aspect of emotional intelligence. An empathetic disposition ensures that servant leaders understand other people's emotions, substances, and subsequent actions to facilitate an appropriate and efficient response. Principles of servant leadership underscore the importance of awareness. More specifically, acclimatization with the surroundings, limitations, and capabilities of other people enhances servant leaders' capacity to engage in beneficial undertakings. Through stewardship, servant-leaders responsibly develop plans and manage their allocated resources. Moreover, such leaders provide numerous opportunities for people to grow.
