The corrections sector is essential in the criminal justice system, given the responsibility for managing offenders and defendants confined within the prisons. As a result, the company level and ethical analysis would be replaced by a law enforcement institution. Chances of successful outcomes also need to focus on ensuring that there is a change of behavior at the individual level.
