Transformational leadership entails driving change in people and society to create valuable and positive results. Transformational leaders use varying mechanisms to motivate and boost the morale and performance of employees, for instance; creating a sense of identity, inspiring others, aligning tasks to maximize performance, and having a deeper understanding of individual strengths and weaknesses.
