Shake Shack is one of the American fast food casual restaurant chains initially established as a hot dog cart. The intent of its establishment was not to be a chain of restaurants but to be a single shop operating in New York City. Nevertheless, as the sales of its original location continued to rise steadily, this gave its management authority the opportunity of expanding its operations (Brunner, 2015). To date, Shake Shack has managed to grow and become the largest portion of the USHG’S (Union Square Hospitality Group) portfolio. Typically, Shake Shack has been having the ability of offering an exciting business inspiration since it was opened. What truly differentiates it from its rivals found in the same industry is the genesis of its location exclusive offerings.
