According to the USA constitution, failure to pay tax either from the individual or from an institution is a federal offense which can lead to imprisonment or even fines if one is caught not paying the taxes. There is need for new level of standards in the taxation system that will enable the government come up with the best way of ensuring that the taxation on workers’ wages and the corporation at large will enable the institutions to run smoothly and avoid such case (Alm, 2014). No related inventions have been brought about to enable the procedure of taxing in institutions.
