Communication medium

I intend to create a communication plan for my project and use the project discussion board to communicate the project. Using a discussion board to communicate my project would allow all participants to take part and contribute through the presentation of the project. This is an efficient setting that will enhance collaboration, ensuring that people air their views and contributions to the project as communication will go hand in hand with other components of the project, such as interactions and taking notes. Additionally, a project discussion board provides the participants with a chance to look for more information and to remain updated (Fredell & Barker, 2004).

How will you make your presentation different and unique?

I will make my presentation different and unique by experimenting with colors the presentation to attract the attention of the audience. It is essential to match different colors with different themes so that the presentation can remain to be engaging. The use of a striking background theme in the presentation will attract the attention of my audience. Communicating through speech bubbles will help in passing across essential points to the audience, enhancing a greater understanding of the topic Weissman, 2011).  Speech bubbles are an efficient way of elaborating ideas. I will have the speech bubbles pop up as notes or comments on the presentation topic. Additionally, the use of speech bubbles will help me to indicate the milestones in the presentation. Including videos in my presentation will enable me to explain my topic by using visuals instead of using texts in the entire period. The use of video is an efficient way to capture the audience's attention. The addition of sound to my presentation is another way that I will adapt to ensure that the audience remains engaged.

The best sources for my research topics include blogs, magazines, and conferences. The Logistic viewpoint is a blog that provides consulting services related to supply chain management. This is a good source of information about logistics because there are cases, stories, and frequent updates on the events that take place in the world of logistics.

Magazines such as Logistics Management and DC Velocity are online magazines that provide great information about logistics (Harrison & Van Hoek, 2008). The magazines are online and can be accessed at no cost.

Conferences that are held and concern logistics can help an individual to gather a wide range of information about the topic.
