The scatter plot for heart rate after exercise versus the heart rate at resting is shown below: 

The scatter plot shows that the relationship between the two variables is linear and positive. Therefore, high heart beat rate at rest would result in high heartbeat rate after exercise. The estimates of the slope and coefficient can be seen from the equation on the plot and the regression output below: 

The output shows that the value of intercept is 23.19 and the slope coefficient is 0.83. The intercept means that the heart rate after exercise when there was no resting is 23.19. The coefficient means that a unit increase in the heart rate at resting result in 0.83 increase in the heart rate after exercise. The relationship between the heart rate at resting and after exercise is statistically significant since the p value of the slop coefficient is less than 0.05, which means that there is sufficient evidence to show that the slope is not zero.
