Businesses around the world are guided by the ever changing complexity in business operations. According to Schwartz (2017), businesses must be controlled by key field of studies that ensure business success, growth, profitability and competitive edge. In today’s complex and competitive market environment, market feasibility studies are the keys to long-term success for any entity. Before implementing the business idea, an entrepreneur must be able to conduct thorough environmental analysis, SWOT analysis for the business idea, financial worthiness of the entrepreneur, legal framework and competitors in the respective industry the entrepreneur will be implementing his/her business idea in the near future (Subairu, 2018). When I complete my master’s coursework, my long-term goals include; improving the living standards- I would improve the living standards of the people by providing quality products at an affordable price. Open new branches – one of my main goals will be to open new branches in various parts of the country. This will enable me reach a large number of people as we open new branches, we will be able to provide our services to everyone in different countries. Create employment – I will aim at creating employment opportunities. These forces also determine the job morale and motivation for the employees. If a leader masters these three key pillars, its business will reduce turnover rates, increase its productivity and competitiveness in the industry it operates. I have researched the three key forces can be integrated and ensure any business succeeds in the long run if prudently followed. These forces are integration of servant leadership, ethics and entrepreneurship. I have elaborated more on how they can be integrated and impact my business practice in the future. Also this essay expounds how these forces will enhance my social contribution in the society.

Servant leadership is the routine that a leader performs to solve customer needs and experience, business ethics and employees (Schwartz, 2017). Leaders must also create a holistic organization structure that eliminates or minimizes cases of conflict of interest in the business, dissatisfaction and authoritarian leadership approach. Servant leadership fosters good morals and ethics in a business environment, and integrating these aspects will benefit the business in the near future. I believe that business entities should train employees to be servant leaders. I can also attest that this servant leadership I have gained in my coursework will positively impact my business practice in the future. I will integrate and implement these blueprints of servant leadership; thus enabling business growth, satisfied employees, healthy reward systems, business productivity and maximized shareholder returns.

Ethics are a driving force in ensuring that honesty, hard work, trust and work determination is achieved. Integrating ethics in business will ensure high employee, customer loyalty and investor loyalty (Sison, 2020). By integrating ethics in a business, strong timework in a business thrive, thus enabling increased productivity and boosted revenue in the short run. Ethics knowledge will positively impact my practice in the future. Ethics will enable me to a leader and employee of high integrity, honesty, team builder and hard work.

Entrepreneurship aspect is the paradigm shift in realization future growth of any business (Sison, 2020). In integrating entrepreneurship skills, a leader will be able to minimize scarce business resources while maximizing the overall returns and growth. Entrepreneurship will also enhance business autonomy, flexible working schedules for employees, employee greater self-confidence and competitive advantage in the long run. Entrepreneurship models will positively impact my practice in the future in ensuring I have hard work, self-confidence, patience and goal-oriented.

The three key pillars of servant leadership, ethics and entrepreneurship will enable me to be a holistic leader in the industry I will be working at and the society at large. They will also enable me be an employee of highest integrity standards, trustworthy, confidence, and business cost minimizer. The servant leadership skills will enable me to hire competent personnel based on their education, experience and skills. I will also foster a healthy work environment where employees will fell loved and secured, thereby improvement their overall sense of satisfaction. Good moral ethics will make me a good employee in terms of secrecy of the business. Entrepreneurship skills will also enable me set realistic short and long term goals. It will enable me implement viable projects that ensure maximum business yield are realized.
