Buying an apartment is the most significant economic decision that any person may make. This decision requires one to gather detailed information concerning the features of the apartment (Khrais, 2016). The role played by marketing is one of the major keys to the effectiveness of any business. This article generally focuses on the aspects that influence the purchasing of real estate. Generally, factors that influence the purchasing of the real estate may include entrance, design, decoration, finishing, credibility, and many other factors. This article attempts to answer questions like factors that influence the purchasing behavior of Jordanian people towards apartments and the most influencing factors that influence the buying of the apartment. The methodology used in this article is the questionnaire that was given to 120 apartment owners. Out of the 120, 83 of them returned the questionnaires where two of them were found unusable due to errors. An independent variable was used in this article.

The aim of this article is to provide a systematic suggestion for real estate evaluators and real estate managers to recognize the economic determinants of housing price dynamics in Kosovo. The fundamental economic determinants of housing prices as stated in various studies may include demographics, real interest rates, construction costs, and product growth (Hoxha & Salaj, 2014). The research methodology applied in this article is quantitative factor analysis which is a primary research method. The main question addressed in this article is whether the conventional fundamental determinants of housing prices have conducted the observed housing prices in Kosovo. A dependent variable is included in this article. This article also attempts to provide an analysis of the economic aspects of impacting housing prices.
