Wal-Mart Stores is a company traded in the NYSE stock exchanges platform with a ticker symbol WMT. It takes part in retail and wholesale business around the globe. Walmart store Inc. workings through three portions: Sam's Club that is a brand on its own that competes with Walmart national band, Walmart International is the brand that deals and manages all the other branches that are not located within the U.S and Walmart U.S. is the segment focus on stores within the U. S. Walmart U.S. fragment incorporates its mass dealer idea in the United States working under the Walmart or Wal-Mart brands, and advanced retail. The Walmart International fragment comprises of the Company's operations outside of the United States, including different retail online sites. The Walmart International portion incorporates different organizations partitioned into three classes: wholesale and retail and other types of businesses (Kline, D. (2017))Under the Sam's Club section incorporates the stockroom participation clubs in the United States, and internationally where a website is usually provided to help customers take care of themselves. 

Under Walmart’s, 10k report intentions are to establish and maintain a relationship with its stockholders.
