Leadership agility is defined as a leader's ability to sustain an organization's through challenging issues by effectively initiating favorable changes and building team cohesion. Being an employee, leadership agility has broadened my knowledge in dealing with the macro-environmental factors. For instance, I can properly adapt to the ever-changing and unpredictable business trends using innovation skills to help the organization gain a competitive advantage in the market. In addition, I can perfectly deal with complex issues that may arise at the workplace confidently by being risk-averse in decision making and implementation. Also, I have learned to be resilient when tough measures are put in place at the workplace, like surviving through the Covid 19 pandemic where wages were slashed, and we had to work from home ( Bacouël, 2020). Moreover, I have learned to take the initiative in my weakness areas by generating new habits, working towards adopting and utilizing them to positively impact my personality.
Which Areas Am Doing Well In, And Where Are the Opportunities of Growth

However, my time management skills require growth by learning how to prioritize my tasks and delivering assignments before the deadline. Furthermore, improvement is required in being aggressive and being innovative to solve problems. My Plan to Continue Developing the Skills I Gained During the Program
Leadership agility skills gained during the program will be advanced by enrolling in further studies such as a master's degree that specializes in leadership principles to extensively broaden my knowledge. Also, I will attend symposiums and workshops annually that offer training on leadership to sharpen my professional skills. At the workplace, I will take on more responsibilities that require a leader to be in charge, which I have previously avoided. Taking up this new leadership challenge will sharpen my skills in time management in order to meet deadlines and decision making in uncertain situations, which increases my risk averseness. In addition, being a leader will help develop my listening skills and offering constructive feedback that helps the team am in charge of becoming more dynamic. Leadership skills progress will be determined by timely achievements made by the team I am in charge of.
How I Will Apply What I Have Learned In This Micro-Credential in My Future Career
Broadening my knowledge of leadership, agility has changed my perspective on leadership roles and responsibilities. Due to the diverse changes in the business environment, an agile leader is required to maneuver the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous situations. Therefore, I will use the leadership agility skills acquired to rise ranks in the organization's leadership structure as well as increase my productivity and dynamism of all the teams I work with.
