Yes, I will correct him. I will ask him to allow us to take a short break in the meeting so that everyone can refresh their thoughts. At this moment I will figure out the best response to give to our Manager. I will involve my fellow employees and ask them their views regarding the Manager's inaccurate data. My fellow employees' opinions on the situation will give me the confidence to handle the situation without getting offensive towards our Manager. Within the short break, I will gather information on the accurate report regarding the company finances. 

I will consider correcting our boss while at the meeting. While at the forum, I will seek permission to raise an important issue. Respect and humility will be of concern as I present the case to avoid looking rude. According to Feng et al. (2015), the financial report lacks comparative data that compares the spending of money from this quarter and last quarter. I will urge the Manager to consider the information to lead to the whole company's financial crisis. At this moment, I will reasonably ask the Manager to consider the adverse effects of poor financial report for our company and each individual's accomplishment.

I will inform the Manager that the loss of money in the company would result in a future crisis like losing employees. At this moment, I will urge him to consider asking for positive views from my fellow employees to ascertain my claims. Involving other employees will be a sign of transparency and openness since we are all concerned with our company's improvement. 

Sharing my thoughts with my Manager's Manager 

The above case has a few issues that the organization can identify. One point is the performance of my appraisal and wrong market information shared by the boss. There is a consideration whether my Manager's boss will give truthful information regarding my comments. One most important thing to note is that our boss's wrong market information would affect our future sales. I will also consider my hopes in advancing in the company while at the same time being on the good side with the Manager. I will have to balance my desires and the company's reputation. 

After the above scenarios, I will then give honest comments regarding our Manager. My first comment will be to appreciate the efforts made by our Manager in improving the company's reputation. I will highlight how his vision and goals about the company have inspired the team to do our best in achieving excellence within the organization. I will describe our Manager's dedication to driving and guiding the team to get the job done in time. 

I will also describe our Manager as a person who is more effective in time management. Our Manager is that person who understands the importance of observing time for the growth of the company. In my last comment, I will raise an issue that seems to be working against the company, inaccurate data about financial information. 

Picking cup of coffee for my Manager 

Yes, I will pick some coffee for him to realize that I am seeking to be on the Manager's good side. Taking a coffee with my Manager will be a sign of goodwill and appreciation towards the Manager. This will be a gesture that I am concerned about other individuals, and the Manager will understand my good intention regardless of our past relationship. Taking a cup of coffee to my Manager would be priceless.
