Risk managers on the other hand also play an essential role in managing healthcare risks. They are able to carry out an analysis of strategies for risk management (Groves and Kayyali et al. 77). They are at a position to identify and analyze risks which in turn lessens the probability of injury open to patients. Safety is held firstly as a priority not finance though even the finances are also necessary. 

Addressing risk management proactively have more values as compared to addressing it reactively. Proactive risk management involves recognizing and being able to manage a problem before it even has become a problem. Reactive risk management, on the other hand, consists in responding to a question while it has occurred (Mossialos and Courtin et al.). Healthcare organizations can promote the safety of their patients by employing proactive risk management. In this, they are also to act as a barrier to legal exposure. In this, proactive risk management enables these particular healthcare organizations to perform as expected to hinder any healthcare risk which tends to appear.
