The research also showed that England had five million individuals impacted by hypertension. However, the research sample size was not enough, which resulted in a shortage of dietary intake data. Also, the study took less than eight weeks which was a short duration for conducting numerous such trials. The research method applied was a search strategy that helped identify other experiments associated with impacts on individuals' blood pressure and lipids.

The research was very relevant since blood pressure is a severe disease that affects people globally. A study by Fattore et al. (2017) found that high sugar intake has been identified as one of the main causes of development in non-communicable illnesses. Therefore, it is the main concern since, daily, people consume sugary foods, which increases the amount of sugar in their bloodstream. The research has helped me understand the impacts of consuming excess sugar. Understanding how to prevent poor eating habits can help people from suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. I love consuming sugary foods, although I have never been diagnosed with diabetes or any heart disease. The research has provided an insight on the impacts of sugar in the body, in which, going forward, I will regulate my intake of sugary foods to maintain good health and avoid diseases.
Conclusion
Dietary foods have been identified to have a close correlation with blood pressure and lipid infections in the human body. High intake of sugar foods causes energy imbalance in the body which leads to heart diseases and diabetes. Cherry juice has been identified to have a greater impact in reducing the levels of blood pressure. The study has been effective in determining how dietary sugar causes blood pressure illnesses. People consuming sugary foods should visit health care to seek medical advice before being affected by chronic illnesses.
