My Nursing Philosophy
My philosophy of nursing entails offering a personalized nursing service that facilitates the patient's wellness and elevates the nobility in the practice of nursing. My philosophy of nursing considers the concept of the four meta-paradigms of nursing practice.
The four ideas of the meta-paradigm include; being, surroundings, health, besides nursing. According to meta-paradigm, “person” denotes to the being accessing nursing services (Younas & Parsons, 2019). The meta-paradigm also considers relatives and friends of the patient as part of the personal concept. The definition of the "person" concept depicts that all the nursing efforts should focus on the patient. My philosophy aligns with the idea of "person" because it emphasizes personalized attention to the sick client.

The second concept in the meta-paradigm of nursing highlights the importance of a patient's wellbeing. According to the paradigm, nurses have sufficiently trained to acquire relevant skills that instill patient's wellbeing (West Coast University, 2020). My philosophy aligns with the concept as it centers on the welfare of the patient.
The third notion in the meta-paradigm of treatment is the environment. The idea suggests that the wellbeing of a client will depend on the engulfing atmosphere. The paradigm challenges nursing practitioners to provide an enabling surround for patient recovery (Younas & Parsons, 2019). My philosophy addresses the importance of enabling the environment by mentioning the services that facilitate patient wellbeing as an enabling environment for the patient's healing.
The last concept of meta-paradigm is nursing. The meta-paradigm holds that nursing practice is the primary environment that ensures the wellness of the patient. The meta-paradigm stresses the need for prudence in observing nursing procedures since it affects the recovery of patients (Younas & Parsons, 2019). My philosophy identifies with the concept as it seeks to elevate the nobility of the nursing career through credible performance.
The Idea That Deserves Inclusion into The Meta-Paradigm
The idea that deserves adoption into the meta-paradigm of treatment is the inclusion of nurses in the surrounding’s concept. The environment concept highlights the surroundings that facilitate patient recovery (Younas & Parsons, 2019). The current meta-paradigm of nursing does not consider nurses as part of the environment. The environmental concept should factor in nurses because they are part of the nursing resources that surround patients in various healthcare facilities.
A relevant nursing philosophy should factor the various contributors to success in nursing practice following the spellings of the meta-paradigm of treatment. The traditional meta-paradigm of nursing stresses on the being, health, surroundings, and nursing practice as the main notions that facilitate successful nursing exercise. My nursing philosophy involves the dispensation of patient-centered services that will ensure the swift recovery of the patient. The environment concept in the nursing meta-paradigm should be revised to include nurses as part of the environment.
