My concern for patients' health care is their ability to access healthcare whenever they need it and early to intervene in times of emergency. This is because patients part with a lot of money in payment health insurance and this sometimes go to waste if they don't access quality healthcare when they need it. This makes the whole idea pointless at times because they may end up getting into a more critical condition if they don't receive the intervention of an experienced physician early enough. It is therefore important for patients to access quality healthcare when they need it like after getting involved in a road accident.

The major stakeholder when it comes to healthcare is the patient who is the ordinary citizen ("Health care Reform: Duties and Responsibilities of the Stakeholders," 2011). This is because they contribute a lot to the establishment of institutions that they think will guarantee them quality healthcare when they need it. The employers of these patients, insurance firms and the companies or organizations where they are attached also form part of the stakeholders as they are involved indirectly. Other major stakeholders of healthcare include pharmaceutical firms ("Health care Reform: Duties and Responsibilities of the Stakeholders," 2011) that develop and market medications that patients use on prescription from doctors.

As a healthcare provider, my major avocation topic concerning the level of healthcare provided to the ordinary citizen is their ability to access required resources (Mason, Leavitt, & Chaffee, 2013). This will ensure that they will be able to obtain quality healthcare without moving for a long distance. For instance, an ordinary citizen may experience an emergency where they need urgent medical care, and yet they are covered by their insurance firm however they cannot access an institution that offers the quality healthcare they need. It is, therefore, necessary for healthcare providers to provide a mechanism where quality healthcare may be offered in remote areas to such patients.
