Explorer 1

Sally Ride
On 1983, Sally Ride became the first woman to go to space onboard space shuttle Challenger for mission STS-7. It was inspired by the beginning of the era of space shuttles.
Hubble Space Telescope
With advances in space power and improved space propulsion, the Hubble Space Telescope was launched into space which gave NASA the ability to take and capture pictures while still in motion.
Mars Pathfinder
On July 1997, a successful landing was made on Mars. It was part of the Mars Pathfinder mission.
International Space Station
Serving as a laboratory for 15 nations, the International Space Station was launched October 24, 1998.
