Despite significant attempts at implementing and adopting health information technology projects, health centers and facilities continue facing multiple challenges to the use of advanced health information technology projects. According to Al-Janabi, Al-Shourbaji, Shojafar, and Shamshirband (2017) IT projects are currently the center of Medicare, electronic health records, and HER functionalities. However, with outstanding challenges, improving access, and achieving high-quality health care could be a pipe dream for healthcare facilities and policymakers.
Challenges
The first and most outstanding challenge is financial that include high implementation costs, unavailability of loans, and grants that provide support to IT projects to use and adoption ( Mehmood, Ahmad, Yaqoob, Adnane, Imran & Guizani, 2017) . The second and most outstanding challenge is staffing and workflow that include lack of cooperation with the concept, lack of IT employees, workflow changes, and inadequate IT training for personnel ( Al-Janabi et al., 2017) . The third challenge is technical challenges that include selecting a reliable provider, lack of technical support, and insufficient broadband that support healthcare projects. The last challenge is privacy and security that presents risks with health records within the health facility Mehmood et al., 2017) .

Proposed Solution
Technical challenges such as lack of technical support and insufficient broadband, a health care facility keen on implementing and adopting IT projects should undertake a comprehensive study and research. According to Mehmood et al., (2017) the research should analyze available and most reputable organizations offering professional and up to date IT services that include internet services that come with adequate broadband for a given IT project. Hospitals should also pool their resources that align with the designated IT project to avoid technical challenges such as inadequate infrastructure at the facility that supports IT project implementation. Mehmood et al., (2017) maintain that the solution should also come handy with adequate financial backing and support that meets all established criteria for the undersigned project. One of the most critical issues with the implementation and adoption of IT-based projects is adequate preparation and comprehensive study of what it entails for successful outcomes.
