The roles that are played by advanced practice nurses include; Nurse midwives, nursing anesthetics, specialty in clinical nurse, and nursing practitioner. The main role played by the nursing practice is to attend to the patients that are enrolled for routines checkup and to manage the nutritional problem of the various patients. The clinical nurse specialist performs a wide range of roles. The mode of operation of the clinical nurse operation is interdisciplinary. The clinical nurse specialist could operate as a general care provider or could attend to specified roles. Another role played by the advanced nursing practice is the nursing anesthetists. Nurses performing this role operate in the surgical chambers. The nurse anesthetics administered sedatives to patients during surgical operations (Schober, 2019). The nurse anesthetists are the most qualified advanced practice nurses, and the qualification threshold demands a credible experience in practice.

The Distinction between Nursing Practice and the Advanced Nursing Practice

The two fields of nursing differ based on the roles performed by each practice. The roles executed in the Nursing Practice involve general and basic healthcare services. However, the various roles played in advanced nursing practice are more specified and precise. For instance, one of the roles played in advanced nursing is to midwife expectant mothers. The Nursing Practice (NP) and the Advanced Nursing Practice (ANP) differ based on the qualification requirement. The Nursing practice requires a qualification of a Masters in Nursing Science. The qualification for the Advanced Nursing Practice is at least a master's degree in Nursing. The Nursing Practice performs basic care roles in treatment. The nurses can treat acute infections and prescribe medication. However, Advanced Practice Nurses treat both acute and chronic infections. Apart from differences in the job description, both Nursing Practice and Advanced Nursing Practice differ based on the level of experience (Heinen et al., 2019). The Advanced Nursing practice requires much experience that the ordinary Nursing Practice.

A Description of the Advanced Practice Role That I Aspire to Pursue

The advanced practice role that I aspire to pursue is an advanced midwife. The practice of advanced midwife attracts my attention because of its divinity of welcoming new lives into the world. An advanced midwife is a noble and divine profession as it revolves around caring for mothers before, during, and after childbirth. The advanced role of a midwife is ideal for good career development because it offers various operational challenges that can help in gathering advanced nursing experience (Hibbert et al., 2017). The midwife's role is special and important as it handles critical life-determining issues. The sensitivity and the risks involved in advanced midwife motivate me to take up the challenge of pursuing this very sensitive role.

I have reliable qualities such punctuality, high standards of hygiene, high passion for young babies, and credible academic points in my current degree. I am gradually assembling points that will enable my enrollment for a master's degree. I have a bold passion for nursing practice and dependable mastery of the ethics and values demanded by the role. Besides, my continued engagement in nursing duties earns me a reliable experience in the practice. The role of the advanced midwife is ideal because it resonates with my philosophy. My philosophy is to perfect my skills in serving other people and making the world tranquil for easy survival of fellow humanity (Lamb et., 2019). My philosophy involves service to others. Advanced midwife's role presents an ideal opportunity for the administration of my philosophy.

The Analysis and Evaluation of the Regulatory and the Legal Requirements for the State Preferred

I prefer to practice my advanced nurse-midwife knowledge in North Dakota State. My choice for North Dakota is informed by the reliability of the available health care systems in the state. North Dakota has dependable advanced practice nursing resources. I intend to extend my study in advance nurse-midwife in North Dakota State because the resources provided in the nursing facilities of the state present an ideal chance for a gathering of reliable experience in practice. The regulations guiding the advanced practice in North Dakota State involve licensing by the Board of Nursing (Lott Hughes, 2020). The board is entitled to assessing and evaluating the credibility of the prospective nursing institutions seeking licensure from the board.

Moreover, I prefer to pursue the advanced nurse-midwife in North Dakota because of the existence of a credible constitution that sufficiently defines the legal protocol observed during the advancement of nursing practice. The activities involved in the training and practice of advanced roles in North Dakota are guided by the provisions of the North Dakota Century Code (Macaskill & Kerr, 2020). The spellings inform the licensing and operations of advanced nursing institutions of the Century Code on the issue. Chapter thirty-three of the North Dakota Century Code defines the various standards that govern the licensing parameters of the various nursing facilities. Chapter thirty-three is precise in establishing the bed capacity,

Determining the Transformational Leadership Character as It Relates to My Leadership Attributes

Transformational leadership refers to the type of leadership that is aimed at the creation of significant changes. Transformational leadership majors on the creation of certain strategic adjustments and changes. As I pursue the goal of attaining advanced nurse-midwife qualifications, I intend to use the opportunity to develop on my skills of leadership. Transformational leadership manifests through the dynamic nature of the factors involved in decision making (Macaskill & Kerr, 2020). I intend to use the various challenges that are presented in the various processes of practicing advanced nursing to develop reliable skills of leadership and decision making.

The procedures applied in advanced nursing practice are organized in objective order. The essence of organizing procedures in objectivity order is to enable the practitioners to master the various steps easily for effective memorization. The objectivity nature of advanced nursing practice equips the nursing practitioner with credible skills of reliable decision making. Transformational leadership anchors on the ability leader to make sound and critical decisions (Williams et al., 2016). Besides, the advanced nursing midwife will effectively groom transformational leadership using virtual teamwork. The practice of advanced nurse-midwives requires a high level of cooperation. The engagement in the nurse-midwife role will develop my transformational leadership ability through instilling the notion of teamwork and corporation. The blending of teamwork experience and the formation gained in advanced nursing practice will help to develop reliable transformational leadership skills.

Applying the Leadership Style Embraced in AP To the Practice of Advanced Practice Role

I will apply the notions of transformational leadership gained in the AP to advance the quality of service delivered in advanced practice nursing. The skills of transformational leadership are useful in revolutionizing the practice. There are various emerging trends and dynamics involved in the practice of advanced nursing. The transformational leadership style will enable the Aps to continue researching and contributing to the knowledge (Williams et al., 2016). The leadership style will inspire various researchers and scholars to continue discovering new information in practice.

I will also use the transformational leadership attribute in fostering teamwork and cooperation in the workforce. Transformational leadership entails uniting people together to achieve a revolutionizing effect. The various advanced practitioners will learn the effectiveness of teamwork and co-relation. The attribute of transformational leadership will help in the AP in understanding the processes of decision making. Advanced practicing nurse involves many scenarios that require quick and credible decision making. Then the ideology of transformational leadership will present the various practitioners with relevant skills of decision making (Williams et al., 2016). Transformative leadership will assist practitioners with reliable skills used in discerning options during a decision-making process.

The attribute of transformational leadership gathered will assist the advanced practice of nursing in solving various internal problems that might occur. Problem-solving is an important element in ensuring that AP coexist together peacefully. The information gathered regarding the transformational leadership trait will assist the practitioners in devising amicable methodologies of settling disputes within the practice. The advanced practitioners will use the technique of transformational leadership in finding possible solutions to various conflicts.

Explaining the reasons why reimbursement for NPs is 85% while that of Medical doctors, yet they perform similarly in healthcare. The reduced reimbursement for practicing nurses is accountable based on the government's poor perception of the relevance of nursing practice. The government perceives medical doctors as the busiest in healthcare's hierarchy. The phenomenon of 85% reimbursement compared against 100% reimbursement in the same healthcare delivery depicts the plight of nurses and their vulnerability to poor pay (Williams et al., 2016). I strongly feel that the unbalanced reimbursement of funds weakens the cooperation between the advanced nurses and the medical doctors.

The States That Have NP Full Practice Autonomy and the States with the Least Autonomy

One of the States with a remarkable practice of autonomy is Alaska. The state has a fully authorized nursing practice that allows practitioners to diagnose sufficiently, analyses, and manages treatment plans. Another state is Arizona. The Arizona State enjoys a reliable full autonomous AP system that is licensed by the Arizona Board of Nursing. In Colorado, Nursing Practitioners (NPs) attain full prescriptive autonomy after completing 1000 hours of operation (Zaccagnini & Pechacek, 2019). In Connecticut State, Nursing Practitioner gains full operational autonomy after working for three years. Many states which don't have full authority to AP allow the nurses to earn the full power through working for some specified time. One of the states with the least autonomy in AP is Alabama. The Alabama State does not have any case of advanced nursing practice. With the highest number of obesity cases, Alabama has the poorest autonomy of advanced practicing, and the only nurses available are NP.

The Autonomy of Advanced Practicing Nurse in North Dakota State

In my state, North Dakota, the authority of conducting a full autonomous is earned by various advanced practicing nurses. The autonomy is given after 30hours. The states that do not have full authorization of the advanced nursing practice earn autonomy through increased continued in practice (Zaccagnini & Pechacek, 2019). Though North Dakota is one of the best nursing practicing states, the delayed legitimization of the practice delays its development in the state

Value-Based Care and Its Impact on the Decisions Made at the Executive Level Relative to Nursing and AP Nursing

Value-based care refers to the phenomenon of acquiring profit based on the quality of service delivered. Value-based care is an initiative that requires the nursing practices performed on an individual should meet the required level of satisfaction. Value-based care affects decisions made in the executives and acts as the measure of quality in the nursing practice. Value-based care provides the parameters upon which the full autonomy in AP is based.

Nurse Informaticists

Nurse Informaticists refers to the person who develops medical data using a computer, information on nursing, and information science to influence the nursing practice. The role played by informaticists is to device various medical interventions through analyzing and computing medical information that aids in developing the administration of nursing practice (Zaccagnini & Pechacek, 2019). The law governing nursing practice in North Dakota was changed to bare the unlicensed practice of advanced practicing nursing. The introduction of Nurse Informaticists resulted from a constitutional change that sought to limit the inappropriate dissemination of nursing information.

Description of the Current Policies or Trends

The emerging trend in advanced nursing is the digitalization of patient information. The current generation disregards the usage of paperwork but rather substitutes it with mediated computation of patient information. The digitalization of patient's information is a more reliable method of keeping data in nursing (Zaccagnini & Pechacek, 2019). Besides, diagnosis techniques are currently switching to digital scans and examinations.

Explanation of How to Lead the Effort to Make or Influence Change in Policy Adoption

I would lead in the adoption of emerging trends into the existing practices of advanced nursing through the embracing of digitalized treatments. Besides, the emerging changes can be incorporated by training the patients on how to interpret the results obtained from digitally performed diagnosis (Zaccagnini & Pechacek, 2019). The procedures emphasized in advanced practice nursing should adopt digital techniques in performing tests and analyzing the results.

Conclusively, advanced nursing practice is an enhanced version of the nursing practice because the nurses can treat both acute and chronic diseases. Advanced nursing involves advanced nurse midwives, nursing anesthetics, specialty in clinical nurse, and the nursing practitioner roles. The difference between NP and ANP is that NP performs the general basic health care services while the ANP performs more specialized functions. Transformational leadership will enable me to develop a reliable team in the workforce. I would prefer to pursue an advanced nursing practice in North Dakota because of the existing friendly legal and regulatory provisions. The developing trends in the preparation of advanced nursing practice are the digitalization of patient's information.
