Allergic rhinitis manifests in the form of inflammation in the nose and occurs when the immune system excessively reacts with allergens present in the air. A patient tends to experience signs of either a stuffy or running nose, swelling around the eye region, sneezes as well as eyes being watery ( Hicks, 2005).  Therefore, when the thirty-one-year-old male showed up for frequent check-ups of the fever, it was easy to notice the increase in the symptoms associated with it, mainly if the nurse who is attending to him has performed medical checks concerning this disorder on the patient for the last one decade. As such, getting to enquire about the rationale of the intensifying symptoms would lay a platform for quick diagnosis as well as associated advice ( Bruce, Dobozin & Stuart, 2011)

Again, a keen check on the drugs that had previously been prescribed to him for relief in a bid to establish the root cause of the persistence of the symptoms of Allergic rhinitis is vital ( Peiris, & Heacock, 2015) . Upon checking the drugs, it is appropriate to enquire about the order in which the patient was taking the Flonase nasal spray and Zyrtec as misuse would have attributed to the increased symptoms ( Acton, 2013) . The environment, alongside the conditions under which individual works have a significant impact on the health of an individual, thus questioning him, allowed for the establishment of the cause of the increased symptoms of Allergic rhinitis ( Bruce, Dobozin & Stuart, 2011)

Based on the business he does, it’s evident that he is experienced with allergens every day as he deals with repair of vinyl in automobiles, boats, and recreational vehicles ( Kumar, 2015).  Thus, the product he gets into contact with is the cause of his continuous condition ( Corren, 2010).  In a bid to stimulate the immune system of the patient administration of the allergy shots containing BP 122/74, P 76, R 18 will be continued in the form of a steroid injection like in the previous check ( Bruce, Dobozin & Stuart, 2011)
