Anaphase is the fastest stage of mitosis and the one that uses the most energy. This is because the sister chromatids that were earlier aligned during metaphase are now propelled to opposite poles by the contractile fibers. The cell is also elongated by spindle fiber.

This helps in the breakdown of food, and it inhibits the production of harmful bacteria. Lactobacillus and other bacteria in their family also produce hydrogen peroxide which makes it unsuitable for unhealthy bacteria.

Staphylococcus aureusis is the most harmful microbe to humans. It spreads very easily and fast, and it manifests in different types of diseases with varying levels of gravity. It develops resistance to antibiotics very fast, and this presents a challenge during treatment.

This makes it difficult to destroy the cancerous cells because they multiply and do read the body faster.
