Looking clearly at the doctor's results in regards to Ms. A's health, it is clear that she is Anemic. Anemic is a term used to refer to someone suffering from anemia. Before going into many details, it is always important to have an overview of the condition. For that note, anemia is a condition that describes a person that does not have enough or healthy red blood cells. These red blood cells’ role is to transport sufficient amount of oxygen to the body tissues. One of the common symptoms that one might be having anemia is if they experience tiredness and weakness in their bodies which is a similar case to what Ms. A is experiencing. There are many other forms of anemia where each of them is developed from different causes but for the purpose of this study, the case of Ms. A will be explored. The other one is the erythropoietin which is another molecule that is produced by the kidneys to enhance the creation of the Red Blood Cells in the bone marrow.

With all these facts in mind, it is now clear that Ms. A is suffering from Iron deficiency anemia which has developed from the heavy bleeding. This kind of cause is also known as active bleeding, and that is the reason as to why Ms. A tends to experience the common signs during her menstrual period. As used in the case study of Mr. P, the term congestive heart failure is a term that is used to define the various forms of cardiovascular illnesses which affect the tissues. This is the kind of disease that relatively involved in the blockage of tissues of the body. As per the American Heart Association, it is the kind of situation that makes the heart to be unable to thrust enough blood to the rest of the body tissues. This explains the term used in the case where the heart is referred to as the failing heart which means that it is no longer able to function properly in accordance with its duty. There are two types that are involved in the management process of this kind of disease. They include pharmacological and non-pharmacological management. Difficult terms should be avoided in order to avoid medical errors as well as confusion.
