Financial managed is an important tool for any organization. In the healthcare settings, the management must ensure that affordability of the medical acre is enforced. The government has put various measures to ensure that health care is affordable compared to what was happening in the past. It is important to note that financial analysis affects management decision in various ways. First, the management must ensure that the financial analysis is relating to what the government has stipulated in relating to the cost of healthcare. One of the main agenda of the government is to ensure affordability regarding health care. In that case, all the financial analysis must ensure that it relates to what the government has set forth. Also, any health care must ensure that they are making profits (Eisenberg, 2010). As much as their main objective is to ensure the wellbeing of the patients, they must also be able to pay the workers. In that light, the management must ensure that as much as the health care services are affordable, it also ensures that the institution is making an adequate amount of profits. 

Operation assessment relates to the process in which all the activities within the health acre are analyses to ensure effectiveness. In most cases, it entails evaluating the performance of the employees and how they are conducting their operations. The success of the healthcare will depend on the role played by such people within that facility. In that light, the management must put various measures in place to ensure that quality is improved (Eisenberg, 2010). One of the ways of improving quality is through training the health care workers on how to deliver better services' it is the responsibility of the management also to include quality improvement as parts of the organization culture. Such move will ensure that the management works towards improving quality. Also, the patients should be able to report any cases that the feeling that the healthcare worker did not perfume his or her job as expected. With such move, the health care institution is likely to improve regarding quality. 

Arkansas Surgical Hospital is one of the healthcare facilities in the United States. The hospital is indicated as one of the most performing healthcare institutions in the country. As such, the financial amendment of Arkansas Surgical Hospital is similar to others in different parts of the country (Eisenberg, 2010). Regarding payment, Arkansas Surgical Hospital has used the insurance aspect as its form of payment. Awards are one of the methods that the management of Arkansas Surgical Hospital has used to motivate their employees. Through awarding some of the performing employees, others are motivated to put the same effort to ensure that they are also rewarded. Motivation is very important for any organization (Malek, 2016). In some case, the employee tends to do with such incentives as a way of motivating them. Based on that, the management has established different ways in which the employees are warded. First, the employees are awarded regarding the quality of their work. To ensure that all the employee ensure that they deliver biter work, the patient will have to rate them regarding service delivery. The worker that will get the most rates will be awarded at the end of a certain period.

Any discrimination within that facility is considered to be inappropriate, and the management is very strict about it. In the recent years, the government introduced policies that would ensure all the people within the health acre institution received the same type of treatment irrespective of their age, gender color or religion.

One of the strategies that Arkansas Surgical Hospital has used to market is services is through advertisement. In the recent years, the use of social media has been referred as the best type of advertisement. It is evident that millions of people around the world have subscribed to different platforms of social media (Taylor, 2010). In that light, Arkansas Surgical Hospital has opened by certain social media sites such as Facebook in which it connects with their patients as well as the management. The use of Facebook is a mode of reaching to patients is very appropriate. Any people who want to find any information about the hospital l with sending them a message in which they will respond. Through such m easers, they have been able to market their services. 

Another strategy in which the hospital has been able to market is services are through ensuring quality services. Consumers will always be attracted to quality services. Once a person is satisfied with a certain service delivery, the person will need informal another. Such measures will ensure that more people are a where of their services. Also, the hospital has invited in the use of modern technology to ensure better service delivery (Taylor, 2010). In the recent years, technology has been used a way of having a competitive advantage over other firms. Another strategy is to ensure that the affordability of their services. It means that much custody in the country can be able to afford their services. 

Branding is another measure that the Arkansas Surgical Hospital has used as part of its marketing process. To understand branding, it is important to look at the 4Ps of the business market. Also, since it's a major hospital, the infrastructure in that region is well developed in which the community also benefits. Such measures show that the hospital has ensured the growth of those regions.
