Business Entity Chosen
The type of corporate entity that the company will be registered under is a sole proprietorship. It is because capital will mainly start the business from my saving and friends and relatives. At the moment the company will solely be under one owner but with the intention of becoming cooperate with some shares available to the public. Considering the significant market share targeted the organization will achieve this in five years as projected (Sahlman, 2008).
Legal Risks
There are some legal risks that the company is going to face as it conducts its business. The first risk is buying of properties in foreign countries. In some countries, they have strict rules and restrictions when it comes to purchasing of assets by foreigners. Considering our target market includes investors from different countries, it is critical that we take heed of such policies to avoid penalties in some countries. It is, therefore, the responsibility of the company to ensure that they observe the policies of each country when it comes to foreigners and follow up the right papers from the government (Muczyński et al., 2002). There is also the legal risk of being conned where someone pretends to be the owner of a particular property and when sold, we come to realize that the property is of another proprietor. It is paramount to ensure that the organization confirms the rightful owner of certain properties so that we avoid conning (Muczyński et al., 2002).
There are those that will try to sell properties that are not of standard such buildings. Buildings are supposed to be constructed in a certain way for them to avoid any problems such as demolition by the government. To prevent this, the company will send engineers who look at the building plan and ensure that it is par with the countries policies and general engineering rules of construction. Legal risks are very common in real estate management and therefore it is paramount to observe procedures in every country involved to avoid legal issues (Muczyński et al., 2002).
Impact of Faith on my Business
As an entrepreneur, it is important to ensure that one has faith in their enterprise. As an entity, our faith is very crucial, and it is the reason why it will prosper and achieve the intended goals. Through belief in it, the staff can be motivated to meet their targets because they will believe in the enterprise development which is important to attain profits. Faith will also help when it comes to marketing in that when one believes in something, it is easier to convince someone else to invest in it (Muczyński et al., 2002).
