The knowledge I obtained from the modules enhanced my reserve of knowledge and skills in nursing.
Importantly, the joint projects we did under module A Global Perspective and the Future represented my best learning experience in the entire course. While accomplishing the joint task, we got an opportunity to forecast what nursing will be like in the future in light of the technological advancements that the world is witnessing. As a group, we discussed the impact of globalization, especially on the training of nurses and the possibility of having a standard curriculum for all nursing students in the world. Clinical practice allows one to transfer the knowledge obtained from reading books to practical use. One must spend sufficient time doing the clinical practice to get the real picture of what nursing entails. Theory alone cannot make one an efficient practitioner irrespective of how well one excels in the theoretical examinations.
