Hospital is one of the important institutions that provide critical services to its clients. Exercising transparency, particularly when it comes to the cost of services is vital towards achieving quality healthcare delivery (Litorp & Mbekenga, 2015). The healthcare facilities must ensure that their clients are aware of the cost they can incur after receiving a particular service from the hospital. It is therefore crucial for the health providing facilities to ensure that they embrace transparency by enabling their clients to access the hospital rates and know the cost they are likely to pay for any given service. The hospital can create a link that allows the clients to access the information they require using the current technology such as smartphones or computer.

The healthcare organization that will benefit from this proposal is the hospital. This is because many people visit the facility, and in most cases, the patients are not aware of the cost they will incur when they receive specific healthcare service. By enhancing transparency in the rates that the hospital will charge will significantly increase the number of patients who will seek healthcare services from the facility (Farrell, Finocchio, & Trivedi, 2010). When the number of clients in the hospital increases, it means that the facility will pay sufficient funds to improve the quality of service provided and also can cover their bills on time.

When the hospital becomes transparent concerning the rates that they charge for their services, many clients will seek healthcare services from the facility in the process of improving the financial stability of the hospital. When the hospital has sufficient finances, it can pay their bills on time, including the salaries of the employees, thus reducing the turnover rate (Collini, Guidroz, & Perez, 2015). The proposal is therefore crucial in addressing the administration issues by ensuring that the patients have essential information concerning the facility and reducing problems of employees leaving the work because of delayed payments.
