Indeed, these process reflects the earliest substructures vicissitudes as seen in the Maria’s psychic apparatus. Evidently, Maria’s narcissistic personality and psychoanalytic understanding displays psychotherapy and psychoanalytic treatment methods for patients like her. The treatment method focusses on pathologic grandiose analysis in self-transference ( Wagner & Heatherton, 2016) . The treatment process is gradual that comprises of primitive object relations, dissociated and underlying unconscious conflicts. The patient is considered to be a neurotic patient. The object relations theory and ego psychology are primarily used in the sense of intrapsychic with the sum of object and self-representation with the associated affects. Indeed, real self happens to be a crucial reality function that offers the avenue for self-esteem and self-activation ( Wright, & Masten, 2015) . Indeed, Maria’s ego psychology shows that real self is an important reality component that offers a self-activation vehicle including self-esteem maintenance through reality maintenance. At each specific time, the theory of psycho analytics is associated with a growing family of ideas related wit feuds, relationships and resemblances. 

Application 

Maria’s Case portrays an alternative and traditional paradigms concept that is associated with intersectionality, culture, privilege, systems of oppression and diversity. The case of Maria includes the evaluation of various variables like her sexuality, socio economic and sexuality. Intersectionality is a discourse of power, privilege and oppression. Maria’s intersectionality is portrayed through constellation of her personal identities associated with oppression and privilege. Here, her identity is not static but contextual and contingent with the multiple identities simultaneous effects as established in her intersectionality ( White, 2015)

Maria’s identity exists as a privilege axe of female genderism of feminine, her female eurocentrism sexism, genderism, ableism, ageism, educationalism, attractiveness, pro-nasalism and anti-Semitism. Her identity comprises of oppression includes physical attractiveness, her gender deviant, literacy, age and her working class. Her identity and privileged position in the society has led to her benefitting from the society. Her personal identities has led to her holding a privileged position in the society( Wright, & Masten, 2015) . Indeed, the intersectional depiction is helpful in identifying the oppressed and privileged identities. 

Maria’s identity is identified by her psychological relationship to the specific social systems in a specific category. Her race, gender, sexual, ethnic and class identities are well established. The priorities, methods and theories in each of these contexts are different. However, the social identities complexities excludes the psychological identities. Considering that she is a young adolescent child, her functional identity includes well-being and self-esteem adjustment which assesses the social identity of a person. Maria’s gender identity is associated with her personal relationship with her social and gender identity. Indeed, it carries several psychological domains associated with her psychological sense of being a female. Accordingly, Maria’s sex and the environment she was brought up is the main potent predictor that identifies her gender. The ethnic and race demographics within the region where Mary comes rom has shifted rapidly. The unifying ideology in human diversity is identity ( Wright, & Masten, 2015) . Maria’s racial characteristics indicates the distinction drawn from her physical appearance physiognomy, eye shape, skin color and ethnicity that is based on cultural makers, religion, language and origin. The common affirmative description of her gender is the model of developmental stage based on her psychodynamic and biological assessment. Her class identity is a salient feature since it is associated with personal moves from one context to the other. Mary’s is coming from a working class background thus negotiates for her marginal status who happens to learn in an elite academic institution. 

Critical Thinking 

There exists several important protective and risk factors in Maria that might affects her self-esteem and identity development. In this regard, there are meso-level protective and risk factors associated with the community, group and family that are important in that effect. Maria’s self-conscious emotion is as a result of shame, guilt, pride, embarrassment that is an indication of her personal development of self-consciousness. Ideally, the parents need to be motivated to make changes in her wrong-doings so that they can end up being proud of her new behaviors while hide any unhappy endings. Her personal differences associated with her feelings and personality has affected her self-wort that affects Maria’s approach in academic achievement and social situations. Maria has positive perception with best academic and social outcomes considering that success is not deterred with failure. Here, the parents need to react in a positive manner to her achievement thus develop positive self-esteem. 

Reflection and Conclusion 

Indeed, the Bio Psych Social Spiritual design assists in the planning process of treatment. This process helps in coming up with a treatment plan that is specialized and individualized with a provision of a starting point. Indeed, the bio psycho social design helps a person to obtain the relevant skills required in arriving at a useful spiritual formulation of bio-psycho-social formulation. Indeed, this is a very important process in psychiatry. In such a case, there exists a diagnostic interview approach compiling the bio-psycho social model component ( Wright, & Masten, 2015) . Notably, Maria is highly individualistic who suffers from social alienation and extreme isolation. She happens to exhibit some self-destructive and antisocial behaviors with the need to have social and collective realism. Therefore, Maria needs to encounter individualistic therapy that is eradicated from social conditions, location and examination while still empower the patient to change.
