“Bohemian Rhapsody” is a movie that has over the past few months received a lot of recognition worldwide for its rather emotional appeal. He for instance, fired Norman Sheffield without consulting other band members. After living a promiscuous life, he got AIDS. At that time, Antiretrovirals were not present which means this was a death sentence. On realizing this, he reunited with his band members to once again make music and lived for 6 years before he succumbed.

She claimed that he was gay and therefore no longer interested in her. Moreover, the society then developed a stigma for those who had AIDs under the assumption that any relations with them would lead to them being infected with the killer disease. This notion is what made Mercury not to come out to his fans until he was at state that he could no longer hide it.
