It goes without saying, that humans can live harmoniously together if racism is fought to its completion. This has not been the case for so many years that has seen many blacks consider themselves inferior to other races of the world. It was so saddening, for instance, to Dubois when a white girl in his school disregarded his greeting card. This arose many sensational questions that puzzled Dubois. To many blacks, it was demeaning.

Many of our nations embrace Black Lives Matter and read books on racism in these tumultuous days which bring an endless battle with a lethal epidemic and an increasing consciousness of racial inequality and institutional racism. There is a rising opinion that to resolve social and economic inequities, certain profound changes need to be made. Shift would not arise quickly at a personal level since it requires questioning long-standing convictions linked to fundamental personal identities. The tension in our community over race problems demonstrates that reform is still not going to be easy on a social basis. Changes at all levels need to be discussed before modifying the policy problems that sustain inequality. The broad-based support of the LGBTQ group for civil rights reveals that, after ample marches, sufficient schooling, sufficient open dialogue and broadcasting of improvements in differences will occur.

Communities with specific identities dependent on factors such as race, history, nationality, language and territory are the majority of victims of racial discrimination in the region; the common cause is that they look and are considered to be different from the mainstream identity understood as the national one. Many who continue to be different and demand to be viewed as such are stigmatized in widely varied forms, of which there is also a persistence of the attribution of race as a stereotype and of a range of biases that devalues them. In this situation, discrimination is based on the denial of the right to be different and, consequently, the denial of the diversity of society and the state as a whole.
