Broward Health is among the top ten largest public hospital systems in the United States, with more than thirty operational health care facilities. Broward Health is the first health system in Broward County to have a certified liver transplant and stroke center program. Over the years, Broward Hospital System has been known for its high performance globally despite limited satellite clinics, implying a positive culture discussed in this essay. 

Broward Health provides quality care to patients, which contributes to excellent performance. To enhance the delivery of quality care to the patients, the physicians, and the workers' teamwork to help them achieve the desired health outcomes. Besides, Broward Health has several programs that promote quality care such as caregiver assistance programs, homeless medical care, care coordination programs, and medical care to patients who cannot afford it ( Alotaibi, 2019 ). Therefore, Broward Health has a positive culture in that it continually thrives on delivering quality care to the patients to enhance their health.

Broward Health exhibits its positive culture through continued efforts to maintain high health standards, hence increasing performance. For instance, through innovative technology, Broward health has launched several telemedicine initiatives, accessible to the community and the patients ( Sainfort, Jacko & Vieweg, 2020 ). Access to nurses through telephone and inpatient visits through telemedicine promotes quality services to the patients, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Hence, Broward's health system thrives on maintaining high health standards, a positive culture that promotes quality performance. 

Through continuous evaluation improve clinical services, Broward Health has portrayed a positive culture leading to quality services. By reviewing internal leadership, employee engagement, management assessment, and problem-solving teams, Broward's health system have continually improved clinical services ( Knickerbocker et al., 2019 ). For instance, timely delivery of services to patients, minimal errors in providing services, respecting the customers and individual needs, and workforce availability to the customers have improved, promoting high performance. 

Therefore, Broward hospital system was found to have a positive culture portrayed through several attributes. For instance, through quality care delivery, high standard health services, and continuous improvements resulting in increased performance.
